The bike is worth what you are willing to give for it
But there is an aspect which might make this a very special machine - you state that the machine is a 1982 Suzuki Savage. Which makes it a rather interesting bike because I believe that is 2 years before they started manufacturing our beloved singles. There was a Savage in the early 1970's - a 250 cc single two stroke - Check the plate on the steering head - it should show a date of manufacture - and I'd bet it will be a bit newer than 1982.
